SOFTSHELL PAC-TEC.

The synthetic alternative to down bags are the Pac-Tec range. These high specification softshell bags have almost as high warmth to weight ratio as down bags, while keeping the advantage of retaining warmth while damp.

The Softshell Pac-Tec sleeping bags are designed for maximum compression and minimum weight.
Consisting of a rip-stop Tactel®  outer and with a breathable polyester lining, filled with an ultra fine slickened polyester filling.

Ultra fine slickened polyester is our high tech insulation for an amazing warmth to weight ratio. The filling also allows superior compression of the bag to minimise pack volume. These bags are machine washable and are non-allergenic.

Tactel® is Invista's registered trademark for its brand of tactile and aesthetic fibre. Tactel® has all the benefits of durability, tensile strength and water resistance of a synthetic, but with the warm soft touch of a natural fibre fabric.

ECHO.

Our warmest range consists of the three high loft Echo bags.
These bags are ideal for the all weather camper or those that know they will be camping in cold weather climates.

Echo bags had a very successful beginning, getting all the way across "The Andes", courtesy of Channel 5.

They feature a square pattern rip-stop polyester outer fabric with a soft polyester lining.
The 3D neck baffle and cowl hood design along with the ergonomic box foot design make for an excellent mid range package.

Insulation is provided by our own QXF3D Spiral Hollow fibre.

QXF3D Spiral Hollow Fibre features 4 insulating cores while the resilient spiral structure retains loft and therefore insulation even when damp. These bags are easily machine washable.

VOYAGER.

The Voyager bags are Highlander's largest and most popular range of sleeping bags. Combining warmth with small pack sizes, these bags present an excellent option for the majority of campers and backpackers.
