Q -
What payment methods do you accept?

If you are
within the UK, we can accept Google Checkout, Nochex,
PayPal, cheques, postal orders, cash (at your own risk) and credit / debit
cards through Google Checkout, PayPal and Nochex.

If you reside
outside of the UK, we can only accept
payment through PayPal or Nochex.

For all
customers: We do not add or apply any surcharge for PayPal or Nochex payments
and it is worth noting that you now no longer have to be registered with
PayPal to make a payment. Details are on their website here - www.paypal.co.uk

Q -
I've received my item from you but, although there's nothing wrong with it, I
no longer want it. Can I return it?

Yes, you can.
Terms & Conditions apply. We do not charge re-stocking or handling fees.

Q -
How long will it take to receive my item?

If you are in
the UK, we send out
items upon receipt of cleared funds. Depending upon the weight, they will
either be posted to you by Royal Mail Standard Parcels (if over 2 kilos) and by
1st Class post if less than this. Your item should arrive the next working day
after posting by 1st Class post and within 3 -4 days if sent by Standard
Parcels. The actual delivery times can not be guaranteed and could be longer
during busy periods within the postal service. In any event, please allow up
to ten days for your item. If after this time, you have still not
received your item, please e-mail us (details are on our Contact Us page) and
we will investigate.

If your item
is being sent overseas, it will be shipped to you via Royal Mail Airmail (for
items weighing up to 2 kilos). As a rough guide, it can take up to 15 days
for items to arrive in the USA from the UK, but can be as little
as 3 days. The average is 7 days.

If an item on
our website is indicated as "Available to UK buyers only" but you reside
overseas and would like to purchase it, please contact us for a shipping
quote. These items generally weigh in excess of 2 kilos and will therefore cost
more to send overseas.

Q - Do
you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship
to most countries around the globe.

Q - An
item I want to buy is showing as "Out of stock". When will you be
getting more in?

We get
deliveries on a regular basis and and can usually re-stock within a
few days.

Q -
I'm looking for a particular item but can't seem to find it in your store. Can
you help me?

Just send us
an e-mail with the details of the item you require and we will do our best to
find it for you.

Q -
Will I have to pay customs taxes or import duty?

Any such taxes
incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser. If in doubt, please
contact your local tax authority as each individual country varies.
