NATO & SOLAS (Marine) Approved Emergency, Distress and Survival Whistle.

Emergency whistles are found in most camping & survival kits and is an essential item for watersports activities such as snorkelling, scuba diving and canoeing.
                                                                                                                                                             
They work in all weather conditions, even at high altitude, so they are perfect for mountaineering too.

The Distress Whistle is manufactured from hi-visibility orange plastic so it can easily be seen in dim lighting conditions.

Unlike traditional whistles, this doesn't have a pea inside it, so there are no moving parts which could get jammed. It also produces a high decibel output from a low air input so you need less effort to get noticed.

The whistle comes with a moulded pocket / belt clip plus a handy lanyard fixing point.
It also floats so if you drop it in the water, it can easily be retrieved.
