Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. For your security, orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.

Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery by 1st Class Post or Standard Parcels within the UK; 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World via Standard Airmail. Due to long delivery timescales, we do not use surface mail for overseas posting.

Payment:

We accept Google Checkout, Nochex & PayPal, - safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card.

We also accept payment by Cash or Cheque (drawn on a UK bank and sent by registered mail)

Buyers from outside the UK please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS IN ANY CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING (£’s)

Packaging:

At Premier Camping Supplies, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only top quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge or a refund will be made - the choice is yours.

Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)

For UK deliveries, postage is FREE.

Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent via First Class Post and insured for £32.00. Items heavier than 2kgs may be sent via Standard Parcels and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Premier Camping Supplies reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

Overseas & non-mainland UK:

For overseas deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost is calculated by weight per order. Items mailed outside the UK will normally be sent via Standard Airmail and insured for £30.00. Items heavier than 2kgs can not be sent to overseas locations. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Premier Camping Supplies reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate. Enhanced insurance up to a value of £200.00 starts at just £5.00 extra and is highly recommended.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and with their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged.

Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome on your behalf. In the event that this becomes necessary, please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from Royal Mail and this can take several weeks but we will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.

Also, please bear in mind that Royal Mail do not consider an item as "missing" until 15 working days have elapsed since the posting date, therefore we can not submit any claim until this time.
